Purchasing Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Simply call us at 877.659.5310 and we'll send you or your giftee a gift card (as pictured to the right) to our stores. Gift certificates are available for use in both our adult store and our children's store, as well as for use on our website. Please note that you cannot use a coupon toward gift certificate purchases.
Redeeming Gift Certificates/Store Credit
To make a purchase using your gift certificate or store credit, please call us at 877.659.5310 and a sales representative will help and process your order. Shortly you will be able to redeem both gift certificates and store credits on our website, however right now it is a phone order only process. The gift certificate/store credit amount will be deducted from your order total. Any left over balance will remain on your gift card/store credit.
Gift Wrapping Services
If you would like items gift wrapped, please call or email a representative at 877.659.5310 or customerservice@shoprapunzels.com so we can apply gift wrapping to your order. We offer a gift wrapping service for $2.00 an item. Our gift wrap includes purple or green wrapping paper, ribbon, tissue and our signature sticker.
