Checkout Guide
Once you are finished shopping, the next step is checking out. This process is quick and easy!  You can adjust the quantities in your cart by changing the “Qty” to the ledt of the items and clicking the “Update” button or you can click the “X” to remove an item. If you would like to go back to browsing the site, click the ShopRapunzels.com logo on the top left corner of the page. Click “Checkout” to proceed to the next page. You can create an account with us by filling out the information or if you have a registered account, you can login. The merchandise sold on our website is for personal use only, not for resale. Based on our relationships with our vendors, ShopRapunzels.com has the right to cancel orders that are for resale purposes.

Item Availability
At ShopRapunzels.com we make every attempt to keep adequate stock of merchandise listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products and items. If you have placed an order for an “Out of Stock” item you will promptly receive an e-mail notification.

Methods of Payments
ShopRapunzels.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.  If you want to use Paypal as your payment method, please call our office between 10am and 6pm EST Monday to Friday.  Our website does not accept Paypal at this time.  All International billing addresses must be paid via Paypal.  You may also call us at 877.659.5310 to use a gift certificate or store credit.  At this time, all gift certificates and store credits may only be used by calling it in.

Sales Tax
There is NO sales tax if the order is SHIPPED outside the state of Florida.

Order Status & Tracking
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once we have processed your order we will send you email statuses with the most up-to-date information regarding your order. When your order is ready to be shipped, your email will provide a link that will allow you to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can check the status of your order anytime in the “My Account” section of the website. Simply login and click the “order history” button.

Modifying My Order
Please contact a ShopRapunzels.com representative by phone at 1-877-659-5310 or by e-mail at Orders@ShopRapunzels.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped, it is possible that your purchase can be modified. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes including cancellations.
