Shipping Green
Rapunzel’s ships in Environmentally Friendly Packing Materials! Our shipping boxes are made from 30-100% recycled content and our white poly-mailers are made of up to 30% post-consumer content. We always try to correctly match the size of your box to the size of your order. The less weight we ship, the less energy will be needed to ship it. Please be sure to recycle all your packing materials and together we can make the world a greener place!
Guidelines
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Restrictions
FREE GROUND shipping is only offered to the 48 Continental States. We reserve the right to ship items via US Postal if FREE Ground Shipping is selected. We ship to PO BOXES and APO/FPO addresses via US Postal however this option is not available online. Please call a ShopRapunzels.com representative to process these orders and to receive FREE GROUND shipping. US Postal Service shipments can only be shipped Ground or Overnight. We do not offer Saturday Delivery.
Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for the following: delays due to customs inspections, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, or refusal of packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be responsible for any additional costs. The original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.
