Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, HANDBAGS AND SALE MERCHANDISE. COUPONS ARE NOT VALID TOWARDS SALE MERCHANDISE.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and have ALL tags attached. Damage or omission of any items will result in a re-stocking fee. This includes shoe boxes.

Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

If Items are postmarked after 14 days but within 30 days, we will provide you with a store credit.

Anything after the 30 day period will be considered an unauthorized return and will be immediately shipped back to you at your own expense. Your credit card on file will be charged.

ShopRapunzels.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Return/ Exchange Process

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return/exchange form.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Please note: International exchanges will be required to pay the total cost of shipping the new merchandise.

Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. If you paid via Paypal, your Paypal account will be refunded.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Note: In store purchases can only be returned for store credit.
